We want your to love your clean
If something wasn't completely to your satisfaction:
Contact your cleaner directly. Many concerns are resolved quickly this way.
If it's still unresolved, reach out to our support team. Homeaglow's support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via email to answer questions, resolve concerns, or help rebook if plans change.
We'll review the situation and work with you to make it right — including helping you find a cleaner you love for future bookings.

Accidents are rare — but if they happen, you're protected
If an item is damaged or goes missing after a cleaning:
Contact your cleaner directly.
If the issue remains unresolved, submit a claim through your dashboard or at Customer Service & Help Center within 30 days of your cleaning. ForeverClean members may receive expedited review before filing a claim.
We'll compensate up to the item's value or 3x the cleaning cost (whichever is lower, T&Cs apply), and most claims are reviewed and resolved within one week.
